New Business Executive
Location: Bromsgrove, Worcestershire
Hours: Full-Time 37.5 hours a week (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm)

What You\'ll Be Doing

• As a New Business Executive, you\'ll be instrumental in managing and growing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients. Your day will involve:
• Handling inbound and outbound calls to service and renew existing policies, ensuring a seamless experience for your clients.
• Proactively identifying and sourcing the best insurance solutions, meticulously matching them to individual client needs.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and insurers, becoming their go-to expert.
• Liaising effectively with underwriters to secure optimal terms.
• Operating with precision, ensuring all activities are fully compliant with FCA guidelines.
• Spotting opportunities to introduce additional products or make referrals where appropriate, enhancing client value.
