Job summary

A construction company is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee projects using panelised LGSF systems across the UK. The role involves managing project delivery from mobilization to final handover, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction, ideally with panelised LGSF systems.
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements and site legislation.
  • Experience managing multiple subcontractors and complex site programmes.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and adapt to a dynamic project environment.
  • SMSTS qualification, CSCS card, and relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage delivery of specialist construction projects using panelised LGSF systems.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on programme, and to quality standards.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to plans.
  • Conduct site surveys, review method statements, and ensure compliance with safety legislation.
  • Ensure smooth handover of projects with minimal snagging.
