Overview

National Sales Manager (Agri Health)
NI Base, covering UK & Ireland
Excellent Package

We are working with a leader in animal health & agriculture to recruit their new National Sales Manager to cover the UK & ROI markets

Joining a truly world class business you will report into the country manager and drive growth within your region, this will include;

• Developing and implementing a sales strategy alongside the Country Manager.
• New business identification & development across UK & Ireland
• Supporting and leading regional sales consultants (training, coaching, development etc)
• Schedule and conduct Monthly Check-Ins and Quarterly Reviews with individual Sales Consultants and report back to the Country Manager as required
• Responsible for organising, creating and conducting presentations for sales team meetings
• Sales reporting and administration
• Representing the business at trade and industry events

What we are looking for

• A background in agri/animal health
• 3 + years experience within a similar role to include strong leadership skills
• Excellent commercial acumen
• Strong communication skills
• Full driving license
