Music Technology Teacher - Islington – Start Date: ASAP | Contract: Full-time

Remedy Education are looking for an experienced Music Technology Teacher to join a specialist SEMH college in Islington. The college works with 16-18 year olds, many of whom may need extra support or have struggled in mainstream education. They use music and the creative arts to re-engage learners through workshops, performances and project-based learning.

The role will involve teaching Music Technology to KS5 learners (up to A-Level standard), planning and delivering creative lessons and supporting students to achieve their goals. Experience teaching the RSL Music Practitioner syllabus would be a bonus, but not essential.

Responsibilities
  • Teach Music Technology to KS5 learners (up to A-Level standard).

  • Collaborate with college staff to support learners through project-based learning and performances.
