You will specialise in carrying out Responsive Maintenance Repairs to our customers' properties.

The Multi Trade Role

We’re committed to keeping you safe, happy and supported; therefore Health and Safety is paramount throughout the responsibilities of this role, for you, us, and the customer.

  • Undertake multi‑trade work, primarily carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, and tiling repair in domestic settings, using fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills.
  • Attend reactive, emergency, and routine repairs, and on occasions planned refurbishment jobs within void properties.
  • Typical repairs include broken taps, leaking pipes, drainage unblocks, and general kitchen and bathroom repair work.
  • Work in a domestic environment, enjoying collaboration with residents and team members.
  • Emergency call‑out will be expected on a rota basis.
What You Will Bring
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade.
  • Experience working within a domestic/social housing environment or a relevant response environment (not essential).
  • A passion for making a difference to peoples' homes, with strong values in delivering exceptional customer service and enjoying working with people.
  • Driving licence, with eligibility to drive in the UK.
