Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Multi Skilled Tradesperson to maintain and improve our campus buildings. This role is part of the Partnership’s carbon reduction programme and involves both routine and preventative maintenance across all facilities.

Responsibilities
- Complete minor maintenance requests under the line manager’s direction.
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) within the capabilities and qualifications assigned.
- Maintain the standard of campus buildings to the highest quality within financial and commercial restraints.
- Report any maintenance issues beyond line manager’s authority promptly up the hierarchy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Support the business in delivering the Partnership’s carbon reduction programme.
Qualifications & Skills
- Good DIY competency in Locksmith, Carpentry, Plumbing, Decorating, Plastering, Tiling, and Flooring repairs.
- Competent working at height.
- Competent IT skills for role requirements.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Previous experience in the building trade desirable.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
Working Pattern & Call Out
- This role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, alternating weeks of 6 am‑2 pm and 2 pm‑10 pm.
- Weekly emergency call‑out cover and out‑of‑hours cover on a rota basis, rotated on a 5‑week cycle.
- Overtime available subject to workload.
- Location: Bracknell Head Office.
