Job description

Our client is a London based property and managing agent. It manages a wide variety of office space across the capital. As they grow, they are looking to hire a Multi‑skilled Maintenance Engineer to join the current team.

Role Overview

As the Multi‑skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will carry out a range of planned and reactive maintenance to whole buildings and office space for both landlords and tenants. You'll cover a range of maintenance tasks that include M&E plant, lighting, AHU, FCU maintenance, and other minor works and smaller repairs all depending on the size of the office or building.

Responsibilities

Perform planned and reactive maintenance on whole buildings and office spaces for landlords and tenants, covering M&E plant, lighting, AHU, FCU, minor works, and smaller repairs.

Qualifications

• Background in electrical or mechanical discipline, qualified to at least Level 2.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel around central London using public transport; travel will be covered.
