Multi Skilled Engineer

Shift: Days and Nights

Location: Glan-yr-afon, Gwynedd

We are recruiting for a FMCG business with a close-knit, family‑feel culture and a supportive working environment. The company values teamwork, approachability and a strong work ethic, and is looking to recruit a Multi‑Skilled Engineer to join the team.

This role is open to engineers with either a mechanical or electrical bias. The business seeks someone with a can‑do attitude, who is willing to get stuck in, work collaboratively, and contribute positively to the team. As a Multi‑Skilled Engineer you will play a key role in maintaining and improving production equipment to maximise efficiency, reliability and safety, working closely with the Engineering Manager and production teams in a fast‑paced FMCG environment.

• Multi‑skilled engineering background with either a mechanical or electrical bias

• Proven experience carrying out PPMs and responding effectively to breakdowns
