A local healthcare practice is seeking a multi-skilled administrator/receptionist to join their team, working either full or part-time. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, engaging in various tasks such as answering phones, booking appointments, and maintaining patient records. Strong customer service skills and good IT competencies are essential. Unique training and career development opportunities are also provided within this role.
The Leiston Surgery is seeking a multi-skilled administrator/receptionist to join their team on a full or part-time basis, hours being 37.5 for full-time, over Monday to Friday, 8am - 6.30pm.
You would be working closely with our experienced teams in the reception, dispensary, administration and secretarial departments, and be the first point of contact for our patients.
We operate across two sites, Leiston and Yoxford Surgery, but the roles are mainly based at the Leiston Surgery site.
We are a very busy rural GP practice serving a population of 9,550 patients, operating primarily from Leiston Surgery with a branch in Yoxford. We are a growing practice, currently providing services to over 9500 patients.
We use TPP SystmOne, AccuRx, DXS, and Anima Triage, with full training provided as needed.
We are a teaching practice with 2 GP trainers and offer strong career development opportunities, including teaching undergraduates from UEA and Cambridge University, and supporting international post-graduate training as a certified training practice.
