MSK Radiology Consultant — Flexible Hours / Remote Work

Job summary

A healthcare foundation trust in London seeks a Consultant Radiologist with a subspecialist interest in Musculoskeletal Imaging. This position involves providing a comprehensive radiology service as part of a motivated team of consultants. The ideal candidate will possess extensive MSK imaging experience and the role offers full-time, part-time, and flexible working patterns including an option for one day of remote work. Competitive salary ranging from £109,725 to £145,478 per annum pro rata.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience in MSK imaging and general radiology.
• Participation in Rheumatology/Orthopaedic MDT's is desirable.
• Experience with basic interventional procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive radiology service with consultant colleagues.
• Participate in an on-call rota and offer out-of-hours service.
• Liaise effectively with General Practitioners and community services.

Skills

Extensive experience in Musculoskeletal imaging

Able to report a range of CT imaging independently

Competent at MSK and general ultrasound reporting

Experience of undergraduate and post-graduate teaching

Education

On GMC's specialist register

FRCR (or equivalent)

Other higher degree or diploma (e.g. MD, PhD)
