Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a workshop or as a Mobile Vehicle Mechanic.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 9 points.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with the breakdown team to attend breakdowns, diagnose issues, and repair or prepare the vehicle to return to service or workshop.
• Identifying problems and advising the customer on the vehicle’s issues.
• Performing vehicle servicing and general maintenance, including electrical and vehicle diagnostics.
• Representing the business with exceptional customer service as the face of Mobile Vehicle Technician.

Requirements

• Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or Level 2). Equivalent qualifications such as City & Guilds Vehicle Maintenance, IMI or NVQ are acceptable.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience within a vehicle workshop or as a Mobile Vehicle Mechanic.
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 9 points or bans.
• Demonstrable technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
