Responsibilities
- Working closely with the breakdown team to attend breakdowns, diagnose issues, and repair or prepare the vehicle to return to service or workshop.
- Identifying problems and advising the customer on the vehicle’s issues.
- Performing vehicle servicing and general maintenance, including electrical and vehicle diagnostics.
- Representing the business with exceptional customer service as the face of Mobile Vehicle Technician.
Requirements
- Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or Level 2). Equivalent qualifications such as City & Guilds Vehicle Maintenance, IMI or NVQ are acceptable.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within a vehicle workshop or as a Mobile Vehicle Mechanic.
- A full UK driving licence with no more than 9 points or bans.
- Demonstrable technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
