Monday to Friday & 1 in 4 Saturdays

Job Purpose

• Provide top-notch customer care by offering technical advice and conducting vehicle inspections for diagnosis maintenance and repairs.
• Deliver excellent technical advice service and maintenance on all brand vehicles.
• Adhere to relevant protocols set by legislation, the company, the manufacturer and suppliers.
• Commit to continuous learning and development.
• Optimise resource utilisation when delivering services.

Requirements

• Fully qualified with City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 or NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage process administration and paperwork.
• Capable of supporting coaching and developing colleagues and junior team members.
• Hold a valid full driving license with fewer than 9 penalty points for a minimum of 6 months.
• Provide evidence of the Right to work in the UK.
• 2 Years of experience in vehicle maintenance.
