We're looking for a Cleaning Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards, while meet SLA agreements and managing a cleaning team across multiple client sites.

Contract: Full Time
Type: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Pay: £14.25 per hour
Location: Network Rail, York Campus, Cinder Lane, York, North Yorkshire, England, YO26 4ZD

Role Responsibilities

• Manage a cleaning team, including recruitment, training, and development
• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard
• Ensure staff follow task schedules and Health & Safety procedures
• Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels
• Handle issues professionally and escape to line manager when needed
