A well-established steel fabrication company in Alfreton is seeking experienced MIG Welders to produce high-quality products. Interviews:

If you're interested in this role, you'll first attend an interview at our Mansfield branch, followed by a potential on-site interview with the client.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • MIG weld thin steel tubing using jigs (no drawings required).
  • Assemble products to a high and consistent standard.
  • Carry out quality checks and ensure zero defects throughout the process.
  • Maintain welding equipment and follow all safety procedures, including correct PPE usage.
  • Support a lean, safe workplace and look for process improvements.
  • Assist with picking and packing spares orders when required.
Working Hours & Pay Rate:
  • Monday to Friday, 07:30am to 16:30pm
  • Pay rate: Competitive (details provided at interview)
  • Previous MIG welding experience is essential and familiarity with Lean principles is an advantage.
