Qualifications

Job description

We’re looking for a hands‑on Midweight Graphic Designer to join the Skin + Me Creative Team. You’ll concept, execute and deliver artwork across print and digital touchpoints—from paid social campaigns and CRM to retail visual merchandising and packaging. You’ll collaborate with Growth, Copy, Retail and Commercial teams to elevate our brand and drive performance.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver impactful, on‑brand creative that aligns with our company goals.
  • Conceptualise and produce digital artwork across digital and print touchpoints (paid social, email, landing pages, OOH, retail assets, affiliates, organic social).
  • Create print‑ready artwork including packaging and promotional collateral (packaging, PR events collateral, VM for Retail).
  • Support on‑brand campaign photoshoots: moodboarding, pre‑production, props and sample sourcing, on‑set support and post‑production.
  • Champion brand guidelines for consistency and quality across every channel.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers when needed.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to bring ideas to life both autonomously and collaboratively.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience as a Midweight Designer.
  • Previous experience in the beauty, skincare or broader consumer brand industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing campaign execution and digital‑first thinking.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and work at pace within a fast‑moving start‑up environment.
  • Proven ability to work on both concept and detailed execution.
Desired Skills
  • Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects for basic animation and video editing.
  • Experience producing print‑ready artwork (packaging experience is a big plus).
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new creative tools, including AI‑assisted workflows.
  • Collaborative mindset and proactive, can‑do approach.
