Overview

Our client is one of the world’s leading presentations & communication agencies, working with businesses of all sizes - from start-ups to global technology enterprises. They are expanding their studio and looking for an experienced midweight Account/Project Manager to join the team. This role is perfect for those that are solutions focused and motivated by the opportunity to work with global clients. Their office HQ is based in the Leicester area and offer hybrid working or potentially fully remote for the right candidate. (Note need to be UK based)

Responsibilities
  • At least 3 years' experience in a content, creative, marketing or client services role
  • Manage projects end-to-end with full ownership of timelines, comms and delivery
  • Experience working on B2B marketing material, presentations or communication content
  • Ideally worked with technology based clients
  • Strong written and verbal communication — confident running client conversations
  • Experience briefing designers and/or content writers
  • Willingness to adjust working hours when needed to support US time zones (especially 5pm – 6pm), supported by flexible working arrangements
  • Highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail across both written and visual content
  • Proven ability to shape solutions in response to client challenges
  • Exposure to working with executive-level stakeholders for presentations or content
  • General curiosity around how AI can support content creation or delivery
  • Experience managing client delivery in an agency or consultancy setting
  • Portfolio of owned creative projects
  • Interest in creative communications with an eye for design and visual storytelling
