Overview

Mental Wellbeing Practitioner – Nationwide, remote based role. Permanent – full-time and part-time hours considered (Minimum of 3 days). Working hours on a rota basis between 8am - 10pm, including weekends. Salary: up to £27,750 per annum dependent on experience.

What you’ll be doing

Responsibilities

To conduct remote (telephone or video) mental health assessments and make evidence-based treatment recommendations for Bupa clients, customers and members, in line with NICE guidelines and in accordance with relevant policies and procedures. The role will involve working independently whilst under clinical supervision from Qualified professionals including Clinical Psychologists and Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapists and as part of a clinical team whilst liaising daily with internal services and external organisations. There will be ongoing clinical guidance from Qualified mental health professionals, including regular clinical supervision, and there is an expectation that work will be within clinical competencies.

Who we’re looking for
  • You will have completed a BPS accredited degree in Psychology or health-related sciences.
  • You hold an MSc for example in Psychology, or associated therapies or health-related sciences or you will have experience in a healthcare assessment role and/or have worked with different patient groups to coordinate mental and/or physical health care.
