A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Mental Wellbeing Practitioner to conduct remote mental health assessments and provide evidence-based treatment recommendations. This permanent role offers both full-time and part-time hours, with a salary of up to £27,750 per annum. The ideal candidate will have a BPS accredited degree and experience in healthcare assessments. Comprehensive benefits including enhanced pension and health insurance are provided.
Mental Wellbeing Practitioner – Nationwide, remote based role. Permanent – full-time and part-time hours considered (Minimum of 3 days). Working hours on a rota basis between 8am - 10pm, including weekends. Salary: up to £27,750 per annum dependent on experience.

To conduct remote (telephone or video) mental health assessments and make evidence-based treatment recommendations for Bupa clients, customers and members, in line with NICE guidelines and in accordance with relevant policies and procedures. The role will involve working independently whilst under clinical supervision from Qualified professionals including Clinical Psychologists and Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapists and as part of a clinical team whilst liaising daily with internal services and external organisations. There will be ongoing clinical guidance from Qualified mental health professionals, including regular clinical supervision, and there is an expectation that work will be within clinical competencies.
