A staffing agency focused on education is seeking a Mental Health Support Assistant to work in classrooms supporting students with various mental health needs. This full-time role requires experience with challenging behaviours and a trauma-informed approach. You'll provide 1:1 and group support, ensuring each student receives the attention they need in a nurturing environment. Mental Health Support Assistant - Classroom Based (Primary & Secondary)
Tempest Education - Full Time 8:30am-3:40pm
You will work classroom‑based, supporting students with a range of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma‑related behaviours, ADHD and Autism. Class sizes are small (8-10 pupils) with three adults in each room to ensure every student receives the right support.
