Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maximise every member and guest’s experience in our club.
- Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleaning and hygiene standards of the club as required.
- Serve as a competent key holder, covering shifts as needed.
- Have a good understanding of the membership software system.
- Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus, and participate in these activities.
- Assist the Fitness Manager with Gym Floor duties.
- Experience the products and services on offer.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the facilities exceeds expectations by actively maintaining the club, with team support.
- Drive secondary spend KPIs.
- Handle member complaints competently and inform the relevant manager.
Qualifications
Need to be:
- Outgoing, with a positive mindset.
- Competent with administrative duties.
- Driven and ambitious, eager to learn and develop.
- Willing to participate in learning opportunities to grow skills and career.
- Able to perform operational key holder duties as required.
- Passionate about fitness, administration, and customer service.
- Flexible to work shifts and support team needs.
- Target-focused to support sales and retention goals.
