Job description
Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to be part of our dynamic medical services postal team. We have a proven NHS background and are committed to providing excellent service to our customers for over 30 years.

Responsibilities
  • To maintain, sort and collate post.
  • To operate the franking machine to a high standard without supervision.
  • To report for duty to commence duties as detailed.
  • Escalating any problems to the Head of Dorset Post.
  • To complete daily checks on the post room vehicle and to make sure any defects are recorded reported.
  • To drive the post room vehicle when required by the Head of Dorset Post within the Dorset Health Care area.
  • To ensure the office is kept clean and tidy on a daily basis
  • To ensure journey records are maintained correctly and handed in as required.
  • To undertake any other work as directed by the Head of Dorset Post as required.
  • Maintain driving compliance with the Road Traffic regulations.
  • Promote equality and diversity.
