Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the expanding Velindre Health Records Secretarial Team.

As Secretarial Assistant, you are responsible for provide comprehensive support to and cover for medical secretaries who form part of your team when required for periods of annual leave, absence and vacancies.

Main duties of the job

Ensuring that the all routine clinical typing is completed accurately and timely and provide full and comprehensive secretarial cover and support to the consultants, clinicians and medical secretaries, when required.

Ensure that all routine clinical information and correspondence is up to date and available.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
