A leading health organization in the UK is seeking a Secretarial Assistant. You will provide important administrative support to medical teams, ensuring clinical documents are accurately managed. Ideal candidates should have 5 GCSEs including English and Maths and previous NHS experience is preferred. This role offers a competitive salary of £25,313 to £26,999 per annum, pro rata, and contributes to vital healthcare services in Wales.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the expanding Velindre Health Records Secretarial Team.
As Secretarial Assistant, you are responsible for provide comprehensive support to and cover for medical secretaries who form part of your team when required for periods of annual leave, absence and vacancies.
Ensuring that the all routine clinical typing is completed accurately and timely and provide full and comprehensive secretarial cover and support to the consultants, clinicians and medical secretaries, when required.
Ensure that all routine clinical information and correspondence is up to date and available.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
