Responsibilities include managing appointments, answering calls, and processing patient requests. The ideal candidates will have GCSEs in English and Maths, an NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care, and experience in customer service. The role is available as full-time or part-time and may suit job share arrangements.

This willinvolve working on reception (front desk), back office function includingprocessing repeat prescriptions, scanning, summarising, filing medicalrecords.etc. The job will be varied and time will be split between the roles.The surgery uses EMISWeb/DOCMAN 10 as their clinical system.
