A leading law firm in Manchester is seeking a Solicitor to join their acclaimed Clinical Negligence team. The role involves managing complex clinical negligence cases, providing compassionate legal advice, and supporting clients during challenging times. Ideal candidates will have over 1 year PQE in Clinical Negligence, a passion for client advocacy, and strong interpersonal skills. The team We are currently looking to add a talented Solicitor to our leading Medical Negligence team to be based in the North West working out of our Manchester and/or Liverpool offices (hybrid working). Our clinical negligence team has extensive experience in clinical negligence claims including but not limited to obstetric, neonatal, anaesthetic, neurosurgical, cardiac, oncology and psychiatric care. You can read about our client stories here. Your Role and What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be joining our top rated Legal 500 ranked North West Clinical Negligence team. The team is known for its outstanding expertise in handling complex and high-value clinical negligence claims. Their collective experience covers birth injuries, spinal cord injuries, cancer misdiagnosis, orthopaedic negligence, fatal claims, and psychiatric injuries. The team is deeply committed to securing justice for clients, delivering a compassionate and client-focused approach throughout every case.
