Mechanical Project Manager - Healthcare Projects

The Client and Project Info: My client is a leading M&E Contractor who are currently recruiting a Mechanical Project Manager to deliver healthcare project in Manchester. This role will involve managing mechanical packages on hospital and healthcare schemes from pre-construction through to completion.

Mechanical Project Manager Responsibilities
  • Managing the delivery of mechanical packages on healthcare projects.
  • Coordinating site teams, supervisors, and subcontractors.
  • Managing programme, quality, and health & safety performance.
  • Working closely with clients, consultants, and internal departments.
  • Managing design coordination, technical submissions, and procurement.
  • Ensuring QA, commissioning, and handover documentation is completed to healthcare standards.
  • Identifying and resolving technical and programme issues.
  • Attending client, design, and progress meetings.
Mechanical Project Manager Requirements
  • Proven experience delivering mechanical works on healthcare projects.
