Job description

Fawkes & Reece are currently looking for an Mechanical Project Manager for a well known M&E Sub Contractor in London. This company is growing rapidly and you’ll be taking full ownership of the mechanical package on a key project, leading the delivery from pre‑construction through to handover. You’ll manage labour, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring programme and commercial targets are met while maintaining quality and compliance throughout, while also covering design and pre‑construction for a commercial project.

Key Responsibilities
