Job summary

A leading MEP contractor is seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Engineer to manage various projects in Central London, valued between £20-£60m. Ideal candidates have experience in Tier 1 or Tier 2 contracting, spanning pre-construction to installation phases. The position involves working on notable mixed-use developments in various arenas including Pharma and Data Centres.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Tier 1 or Tier 2 Mechanical & Electrical contracting.
• Experience from pre-construction through installation to project completion.
• Familiarity with Pharma/Lifesciences, Data Centres, or Commercial fit-outs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical projects from inception to completion.
• Manage installation and delivery of MEP systems.
• Ensure compliance with specifications and safety regulations.

Job description

Urgent requirement for a Senior Mechanical Project Engineer or Mechanical Project Engineer to work for a leading Tier 1 MEP contractor.

Ideally you will have a proven track record working in the Tier 1 or Tier 2 Mechanical & Electrical contracting space or alternatively Main Contracting. We need Mechanical Project Engineers or Seniors that have worked precon through to installation, delivery and completion.

You will need to have worked either in the shell & core arena or Pharma/Lifesciences or Data Centres or Commercial fit-out. We have an assorotment of projects in C.London, typical values range from £20-£60m in MEP value. We are not adverse to candidates that are residentially led but these will need to be on large notbale mixed use developments.
