Maintenance Plumber – High-End Commercial Portfolio
Location: Five sites – four in Mayfair, one in Belgravia
Employer: The UK’s biggest FM provider
Salary: Up to £45,000 + package
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm


We are seeking an Maintenance Plumber to support a high-end residential portfolio across five newly won prestigious office sites in Central London. You will be joining an established team of engineers and working across a high-profile portfolio in Mayfair and Belgravia carrying out reactive and planned works across both mechanical and HVAC plant.
The Role
  • Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical and electrical building services
  • Identifying and resolving faults quickly and effectively to minimise downtime
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety and statutory requirements
  • Working closely with a team of engineers to provide a consistent and high-quality service
  • Supporting improvement projects and assisting with upgrades when required
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting in line with company standards
