Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pmWe are seeking an Maintenance Plumber to support a high-end residential portfolio across five newly won prestigious office sites in Central London. You will be joining an established team of engineers and working across a high-profile portfolio in Mayfair and Belgravia carrying out reactive and planned works across both mechanical and HVAC plant.The Role- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical and electrical building services
- Identifying and resolving faults quickly and effectively to minimise downtime
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety and statutory requirements
- Working closely with a team of engineers to provide a consistent and high-quality service
- Supporting improvement projects and assisting with upgrades when required
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting in line with company standards
