Qualifications

  • Educated to a degree level in mechanical engineering or related qualification.
  • Previous technical design, installation or commissioning experience with a water utility company.
  • Curiosity to understand site issues and challenge briefs if needed.
  • Compliance with UK's water industry regulatory standards.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex design projects within the mechanical discipline.
  • Ensure technical requirements are met and continuously improve asset standards.
  • Provide input for feasibility studies and designs.
  • Support the Centre of Excellence for engineering.
  • Deliver technical assurance during commissioning and hand-over.
