We are looking for two Material Handling Operators based at two Lincoln sites in LN6 and LN5.

Key Responsibilities

As a Material Handling Operator, you will complete operational approved logistics processing on schedule (Goods Receipt / Warehouse / Transport / Dispatch).

  • Accept incoming goods and compare them with the shipping document (Material number, description, quantity).
  • Check incoming goods for visible damage, document them, and provide the information if required.
  • Ensure correct use of transport equipment (hand-guided industrial trucks, forklift, etc.).
  • Arrange acceptance, storage, commissioning, and removal of goods in the storage area and record them in the appropriate systems.
  • Organize regular stock maintenance and inventory in the storage area.
  • Assemble deliveries from storage compartments and review for completeness and accuracy (e.g., quantity and article number against delivery notes).
  • Complete packaging of deliveries according to shipping instructions and packaging methods, including special instructions like Dangerous Goods.
  • Add the corresponding shipping documents to outgoing goods.
  • Complete transports inside and outside the premises using appropriate means of transportation.
Candidate Criteria

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have FLT and SAP experience (desired).
  • Have warehouse experience.
  • Be adaptable to new computer systems if no SAP experience is currently held.
  • Be willing to work as part of a team.
