Are you seeking a new opportunity within an ambitious and supportive team, where you can contribute towards an excellent environment for students?

We are looking to appoint a dynamic MAT Finance Business Partner to support our school leaders in maintaining balanced budgets. You will assist in the development of accurate three‑year budgets and projections that reflect pupil projections, school leaders' visions, and risk. You will act as the key finance link to our Trust schools, providing financial guidance and ensuring timely performance reporting to inform decision‑making.

Experience & Qualifications
  • A‑C in core GCSE subjects, including Maths and English
  • A proven track record of establishing sound financial projections and managing large budgets
  • Outstanding business acumen and experience in developing successful professional relationships
  • Evidence of recent and relevant continuous professional development
  • The ability to analyse, evaluate, and interpret complex information to inform critical decisions
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to explain financial data in a simplistic manner to various stakeholders
