Responsibilities
  • Produce components in line with delivery targets, schedules, and cost requirements
  • Complete job cards accurately with all relevant process information
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the work area
  • Report equipment issues promptly to the maintenance team
  • Record and maintain work-related data accurately
  • Pack finished goods using appropriate protective materials
  • Support colleagues through teamwork, training, and induction activities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist with planning and forecasting within the work area
