Join our dynamic Digital Marketing Division as a Marketing Operations Manager, where you’ll work on some of the top international digital marketing events, such as Affiliate Summit and Creator Economy Live, and new products in development.

Key responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

  • Translate business objectives into efficient processes for campaign planning, data segmentation, lead management, and performance tracking.
  • Lead the marketing database management strategy to ensure data integrity, support advanced segmentation, and maintain legal compliance; partner with brand marketing and central data teams to uphold database hygiene.

Data Management & Insights

  • Optimize the end-to-end customer data journey and monitor customer lifetime value/NPV to deliver actionable insights that inform product and brand strategy.
  • Evaluate marketing performance and ROI across all channels, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams based on data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain accurate marketing dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and ROI on an ongoing basis.

Marketing Technology & Automation

  • Manage the marketing technology stack (CRM, Salesforce, Power BI, chatbots, analytics tools, integrations, etc.) to maximize functionality and business impact.
  • Design and implement system integrations that enhance user experience and automate processes for greater efficiency.
  • Implement robust tracking from lead capture through sales, developing a trusted multi-touch attribution model.
  • Develop and manage a lead scoring framework that qualifies marketing leads from initial acquisition through to sales handoff, ensuring a smooth transition from MQL to SQL.

People Management

  • Lead and develop a team of Marketing Operations Executives, fostering their skills and increasing their contribution to business success.
  • Collaborate with Group Marketing Operations to align on best practices, adopt new technologies, and leverage cross-sector benchmarking.

Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours:

  • Proven experience in a marketing operations/customer relationship management role.
  • Strong logic and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong analytical skills with clear insight communication.
  • Proficient in BI tools and performance dashboard creation.
  • Skilled in marketing tech integration and workflow optimization.
  • Experience in operational benchmarking and metrics including acquisition rates, conversion rates, database growth, lead nurture, engagement, MQL/SQL.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and PECR.
  • Data Steward - guardian of our customer data who curates its health, growth, engagement and richness to extract maximum value for our business.
  • Commercial Connector - ability to connect the dots between commercial goals, data, process, insight and people that enables successful decision making.
