What The Job Involves

We\'re looking for a Marketing Manager to join The Body Coach to cover maternity leave.

Core Responsibilities
  • Define positioning, messaging and go to market strategy for new campaigns, features or promotions. Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Product, Creative Teams and Paid Media agencies to deliver on-brand, high-impact launches across our different marketing channels
  • Work closely with Product, Content, and CRM to ensure high adoption of new features and content launches
  • Campaign Management with Paid Media agency. Briefing and collaborating with our Paid Media agency to deliver impactful campaigns that align with our tone of voice and brand ethos
  • Gather user insights and competitive analysis to refine value propositions
  • Supporting on top-of-funnel initiatives that grow brand awareness and perception (e.g. Lead Gen PDFs). Being involved in initial ideation for these with Content and collaborating with design, content and paid media to plan out messaging and how to reach different audiences
  • Lead on our in-app communication strategy (from emails, to push, voice notes and in app messages) and work closely with our CRM Lead on delivering these
  • Collaborate closely with Content & Marketing Team to craft copy that\'s clear, motivating and on brand with The Body Coach tone of voice. Continuously test and refine messaging across comms, organic and paid — using insights to guide creative direction. Monitor campaign results and user feedback to measure impact and improve future initiatives
  • Lead initiatives to improve App Store Optimisation (Custom Product Pages, Product Page AB Tests)
  • Reporting on the performance and outcomes of our marketing campaigns across our different channels and ensure any key insight and learnings are shared
  • Working with B2B Lead on B2B marketing initiatives and support B2B marketing campaigns
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in B2C subscription apps or in the health and fitness
  • A proven track record of launching effective marketing campaigns and reporting on the impact of them
  • A true collaborator, you enjoy working with others to make a big impact
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with our internal teams (Marketing, Content, Product) and external partners (e.g. paid media agencies)
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and prioritising in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for health, wellness, and fitness with a keen understanding of industry trends
  • Creative, proactive and curious. You\'re a self starter who loves to solve problems
  • Great attention to detail - from writing clear briefs to proofing campaigns and spotting typos

  • We are based in Richmond, London, and this role requires office presence on Mondays and Thursdays
