The Marketing Manager has an exciting prospect ahead of them and will be set to see swift return for their high-impact efforts.

We are seeking a shrewd and proactive Marketing Manager to join our team and contribute significantly to our marketing strategies. This is a hands‑on role where you will support lead generation, increase brand awareness, and help optimize the customer acquisition funnel within the competitive corporate & syndicated lending software landscape. The ideal candidate is an unstoppable force who is adept at translating market insights into actionable, measurable campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Support & Execution: Support the development of marketing plans and take ownership of executing specific campaign elements that align with business goals and KPIs.
  • Campaign Management: Launch, manage, and optimize multi‑channel campaigns (email, content, social, events) to drive qualified traffic and generate leads.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor key metrics (e.g., CAC, conversion rates) using tools like Google Analytics and CRM platforms (HubSpot / Salesforce). Use data to provide insights and suggest optimizations.
  • Content & Brand: Collaborate with our team to create compelling messaging and collateral (case studies, white papers, blog posts, ad copy).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Product Development, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment across the customer journey.
  • Market Insight: Assist with market research to understand customer pain points, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Event Management: Support our team in increasing our presence at market conferences and events – and hosting our own events such as roundtables and networking drinks.
  • Agency Management: Effective management of marketing agencies and freelancers.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required Skills
  • Experience: Approximately 3+ years of proven experience in a marketing role, with a strong preference for experience within a B2B SaaS FinTech environment.
  • Digital Expertise: Solid understanding of core digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in data analysis and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to clearly articulate campaign results.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Remote Working: Proven ability to work autonomously and effectively as part of a remote, distributed team.
  • Availability: Willingness to work evenings and travel.
Desired Expertise
  • PPC: Experience managing and optimizing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms.
  • SEO: Knowledge of SEO best practices, basic technical SEO principles, and content strategy to drive organic growth.
  • Data Analytics: Experience in using data analysis to inform marketing decisions.
  • AI Marketing: Familiarity with leveraging AI‑powered marketing tools and automation to improve efficiency.
