Overview

Senior Marketing Analyst. £30 per hour. PAYE. Certain Advantage are hiring for a Senior Marketing Analyst based in Peterborough. This role is on a 12-month contract and is hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

Responsibilities
  • Develop reports and insights and maintain the internal portal to provide wider market and macroeconomic context.
  • Deliver critical market research to support strategic projects.
  • Use AI tools to produce quick, bespoke research projects.
  • Lead efforts to share market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments with the business community.
  • Identify opportunities through research and collaboration with internal teams to support commercial growth.
  • Design and conduct Voice of the Customer and Voice of the Business programs to generate targeted insights.
  • Support customized research requests from Marketing, Product, and Business Development teams.
  • Build and maintain market models, including market size, share, and growth projections.
  • Promote a culture of intelligence gathering, knowledge sharing, and insights-driven decision-making.
The individual
  • Experience in market intelligence, business analytics, or related fields preferred.
  • Background in demand planning activities (coordinating between sales and supply chain) is a strong plus.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and databases for operational needs.
  • Skilled in Power BI for data visualization (preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and complex reporting.
  • Proficient in SharePoint.
  • Proficient in the use of AI tools.
