Job description

We’re looking for a Talented Marketing Events Executive to join our growing marketing team. You’ll play a key role in organising and marketing conferences, webinars, exhibitions, and internal and external company events – all while delivering a first-class service to our key stakeholders. This role will be crucial in delivering impactful experiences that connect with our employees, clients and industry contacts.

Coordinating numerous moving parts whilst paying attention to the details? If so, we’d love to hear from you. You\'ll also get the opportunity to work closely with the directorate and many teams across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Conferences & Webinars: Plan and deliver engaging events across the UK. Source venues, build agendas, enlist speakers, and manage and coordinate all details and line items from logistics to hosting for successful execution.
  • Exhibitions & Trade Shows: Manage our presence at major venues, including graphics, stand design, on-the-day execution, meet and greets, timely and professional representation of RVT.
  • Marketing & Design: Create supporting marketing materials using Canva smartly and intuitively, coordinate campaigns, and ensure all events deliver on brand awareness and lead generation. Create website articles to promote events, including but not limited to e-shots or flyers.
  • Hosting and delivering: Internal events and online training via Teams, ensuring insightful and memorable presentations.
  • Event preparation and Ad Hoc: Arrange picking lists for our specialist kit and prepare this for scheduled events. Book tickets for RVT employees and book stands for external events.
  • Staff & Internal Events: Execute fresh ideas and innovations for successful results. Organise memorable events, bringing together all employees, ensuring they feel included and seen.
  • Data & Reporting: Own the Hubspot reporting dashboards for events and report success back to the Marketing Team Leader & Marketing Manager.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and marketing essential.
  • Creative flair, innovative outlook and ability to bring ideas to life.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and the ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders and teams.
  • Proficient in using marketing tools and CRM software, preferably Monday.com, Hubspot and Canva
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience operating successfully within budget.
  • Keeping up to date on emerging trends in marketing and event management.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field desirable.
