The Role

We’re hiring a Brand & Culture Marketing Manager to elevate Baller League’s presence, grow our UK and global fanbase and deliver culturally relevant campaigns across sport, entertainment and digital platforms. You’ll lead brand initiatives that tap into real‑time cultural moments while managing execution across in‑venue, video and performance channels.

This role blends brand storytelling, content strategy, fan engagement and data‑driven growth. You’ll collaborate closely with creators, players, partners and internal teams to spotlight personalities, strengthen communities and drive measurable audience expansion.

You will play a key role in shaping how fans discover, engage with and champion Baller League from defining campaign strategy and success metrics to testing, optimising and reporting on performance. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on position for someone who thrives in culturally connected environments and is excited to help build a global sports entertainment brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and delivery of brand campaigns that tap into cultural moments across sport, music, fashion and gaming.

  • Champion a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints, from social to live events to partner activations.
  • Identify breakout opportunities to amplify drivers, teams and fan communities beyond traditional sports and media channels.
  • Own end‑to‑end campaign delivery; from strategy and creative brief through execution, optimisation and performance reporting.
  • Translate business goals into measurable marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement and fan acquisition.
  • Manage organic channel strategies across social, search, video and emerging platforms, working in tandem with paid media to develop a single ton strategy.
  • Lead integrated organic and paid campaigns to consistently drive ticket sales, optimise conversion and maximise event attendance.
  • Test, learn and optimise through experimentation frameworks, audience segmentation and performance analysis.
  • Build strong relationships across media, creators, cultural tastemakers and brand partners. Identify upcoming trends and potential talent that can be amplified within the Baller League ecosystem.
  • Work with players, teams and talent leads to spotlight personalities and enhance fan affinity.
  • Define campaign success metrics across reach, engagement, conversion and sentiment.
  • Analyse performance using marketing analytics platforms and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Own reporting to leadership and cross‑functional teams, informing future strategic decisions
What We’re Looking For
  • Culturally fluent marketer with the ability to translate real‑time moments into impactful brand campaigns working across multiple platforms and outputs.

  • Comfortable working with creators, athletes, talent teams and partners to elevate personalities and strengthen fan communities.
  • Confident with data, able to define clear success metrics, analyse performance and turn insights into actionable improvements.
  • Adaptable, fast‑moving and accountable, with a focus on clear decision‑making, simplicity and authentic execution.
  • Interest in football, sports culture, and the wider entertainment landscape is a plus.
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends during on‑season periods.
