Competency in Tableau is a key skill in this role to position you as our subject matter expert and dashboard champion, trusted to turn complex data into clear, strategic insights for use across our business.

In addition to strong data skills, you will monitor technology trends, industry news and competitors to ensure key stakeholders across the organization have the information needed to chart the best path forward. Can you synthesize a wide variety of sources into compelling insights?

Responsibilities
  • Utilising a wide variety of data sources, contributes to market models that deliver insights to Sales, Marketing, Senior Management, and business leaders globally across all markets
  • Manages Shure’s participation in syndicated data programmes; directly responsible for the creation and maintenance of market data databases from diverse sources
  • Oversees the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and dashboards using syndicated data source
  • Analysis of ad-hoc syndicated data purchases from partner vendors including NPD, GfK, and other
  • Provides market sizing, business planning, and forecasting support
  • Serves as the team’s Tableau, Excel, and dashboard subject matter exper
  • Supports automation of reporting processes and integration of AI tools for greater efficienc
  • Continuously improves and evolves user-friendly reporting for teams across the organisatio
  • Offers insights and thought leadership to inform business and go-to-market strategies
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with a strong knowledge of analytical methods and highly skilled in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously
  • High level understanding, proficiency, and competence with Tableau and Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient in standard business software tools including Word, PowerPoint, email platforms and web-based research
  • Confident using core digital tools for communication, presentation, and online analysis
  • Demonstrated experience in determining the best use of resources to meet goals
  • Able to exercise strong business judgment to determine appropriate actions
