The Market Activation Director is a pivotal leadership role responsible for delivering improved market penetration in key markets aligned to the go-to-market strategy. This role requires a strategic individual with a deep understanding of the professional services industry and the ability to forge strong relationships with key stakeholders. The role includes leadership of a large team and holds significant budget responsibility of 3-5M. The individual will be collaborating with other members of the UK Sales and Marketing Senior Leadership Team with broader function leadership responsibilities.
Shape and design integrated Sales and Marketing activities to drive market penetration in key sectors segments and geographies ensuring alignment with strategic focus areas.
Lead and manage the Sales and Marketing team including Directors to build high-performing teams oversee budgets and manage risks and dependencies.
Foster innovation and efficiency by embedding new insights ideas and best practices from across the firm and the Sales and Marketing profession.
Collaborate within the Sales and Marketing Leadership team leveraging diverse skills and perspectives enabling technology and partnering with specialists to deliver better outcomes for people and clients while managing risk and aligning activities with business strategy.
You are able to operate strategically and demonstrate visionary leadership with a proactive entrepreneurial mindset and proven success in leading large-scale teams and market activation initiatives.
Can demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate across all levels while mentoring talent and fostering inclusive leadership.
Have strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities translating insights into actionable strategies and driving continuous improvement in dynamic environments.
Have deep industry knowledge and integrity with a commitment to ethical practices resilience through change and a keen understanding of market dynamics and client needs.
