About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marine Advisor to join our Offshore Wind project team within the Installation Method department. This role involves providing expert maritime advice across multiple projects and collaborating with engineering, procurement, HSE, quality, and planning disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop scopes of work and documentation for vessels used in marine operations.
  • Create technical specifications for vessels supporting offshore activities.
  • Review technical bid evaluations and proposals.
  • Establish procedures and method statements for marine operations.
  • Participate in marine assurance processes.
  • Contribute to offshore engineering methods and project execution strategies related to vessel operations.
  • Engage in HAZID, HAZOP, and other formal risk assessment processes.
What We're Looking For
  • Education: Master STCW II/2 (Unrestricted) with command experience preferred, or lower CoC with relevant degree.
  • Experience: 10-15 years as a Senior Officer on offshore vessel types, with strong operational background.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to command an offshore vessel.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in MS Office.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
