What You’ll Do
  • Assemble and test small mechanical and electrical devices.
  • Document results and follow standard procedures.
  • Use tools such as tweezers, microscopes, torque drivers, and magnifiers.
  • Work with small parts requiring strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and adapt to daily changes.
  • Help ensure products meet quality and regulatory standards.
  • Use computers to follow instructions and record work.
What We’re Looking For
  • 4+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Comfortable with computers and documentation.
  • Able to sit or remain in a stationary position about 50% of the time.
  • Medical device experience and knowledge of lean manufacturing are a plus.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly.
