Job Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Operations Engineer to join a dynamic engineering team supporting complex hardware projects. This role involves working with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to manage manufacturing processes, supplier relationships, and quality compliance while contributing to innovative project delivery.

Job Responsibilities
  • Create, update, and maintain Bills of Materials (BoMs) and associated engineering tools.
  • Coordinate with design, manufacturing, purchasing, and quality teams.
  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships and document lessons learned to improve design for manufacturing.
  • Ensure project schedules are met and resolve non-conformance issues.
  • Mentor and support junior manufacturing engineers.
Skills Required
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment; CAD experience beneficial.
  • Strong organisational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to present technical information internally and to suppliers / customers.
