Manufacturer (Development Opportunity)

Location: Dartford

Salary: £26k-£28k DOE

Hours: 8am - 4pm (Monday - Friday)

Our client is a manufacturing firm who provide unique products to many well-known businesses across Europe. This role offers the right person the opportunity to develop their skills and progress within the company.

Responsibilities
  • Creating bespoke orders meeting customer job specification
  • Working with different materials such as wood, metal, acrylic and LED
  • Producing work of the best possible quality, adhering to quality procedures consistently
  • Keeping equipment clean and well-maintained during the process
  • Working closely with the manufacturing team and workshop manager to enhance quality, streamline processes, and improve overall production efficiency
  • Following strict health and safety guidelines

  • Good knowledge of using machinery
  • Self-motivated and practical - hands on approach
  • Well-organised, with the ability to effectively manage own time and prioritise work
