Overview

Lead strategic change in the fight against financial crime

The Role: Capco is expanding its Financial Crime Transformation team and seeking a Managing Principal / Director to lead initiatives across AML, Sanctions Compliance, and Fraud Prevention. This is a senior opportunity to influence the strategies of leading financial institutions and guide transformative programmes that enhance resilience and compliance in a complex, fast-moving regulatory environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the design and delivery of financial crime transformation programmes across sanctions, AML, and fraud
  • Guide clients through regulatory reviews and remediation, including response to s166 and global equivalents
  • Deliver cost‑effective operating model transformation, risk controls, and technology enablement
  • Drive innovation by identifying gaps and recommending next‑generation solutions and regtech implementations
  • Develop and grow key accounts and market propositions, and build lasting client partnerships
What We’re Looking For
  • Deep expertise in AML, Sanctions, and Fraud across financial services
  • Understanding of financial crime risk management, tooling, controls, and three lines of defence frameworks
  • Demonstrated success in leading change initiatives and shaping client transformation journeys
  • Confidence advising senior stakeholders and shaping propositions as a subject matter expert
  • Experience developing business pipelines, growing client accounts, and supporting thought leadership
