As a Managed Services Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end delivery of the Behavox product ecosystem, focusing initially on Mosaic Smart Data. You will combine technical project management and business analysis skills to deliver customer-facing projects, capturing requirements, planning and tracking progress, and ensuring seamless deployment.
