A national charity in the UK is seeking a Major Appeals Project Manager to spearhead a high-value philanthropic fundraising campaign. The successful candidate will implement campaign strategies, manage donor relationships, and lead various campaign activities while working closely with the philanthropy team. This role requires experience in philanthropy, managing high-value stakeholders, and a proven record in securing significant donations. The position offers hybrid working, requiring in-office attendance twice per month.

Kidney Research UK offers a flexible working environment, with hybrid working and an expectation to work from their Peterborough office twice per month.
The major appeals project manager will be responsible for launching and driving a new high value philanthropic fundraising campaign that supports the long-term ambitious growth strategy. This role will be pivotal in driving campaign activities that will transform the lives of those living with kidney disease, including management of a campaign development committee, made up of key stakeholders, supporters and advocates from across the kidney community.
Lead and drive forward end to end campaign activities such as one-to-one donor meetings, committee meetings, producing campaign collateral and facilitating engagement opportunities. This includes working with CEO and directors to build relationships where needed.
Able to present to a range of audiences and to represent the charity at all levels as required.
