We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician – Level 3 to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are experienced in troubleshooting moderately complex technical issues, proactive in problem-solving, and capable of working with minimal supervision. The position involves supporting production operations, implementing improvements, and mentoring junior technicians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform moderately complex troubleshooting and repair of machinery, equipment, and systems.

  • Apply technical knowledge to identify root causes and recommend long-term solutions.

  • Work independently with minimal guidance to maintain operational efficiency.

  • Identify, schedule, and manage small-scale improvement projects or group activities.

  • Mentor and provide technical support to lower-level technicians.

  • Ensure compliance with preventative maintenance schedules and operational safety standards.

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance-related challenges.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of technical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

  • Strong knowledge of troubleshooting techniques and repair methods for production equipment.

  • Ability to interpret technical documentation, schematics, and manuals.

  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, measuring instruments, and repair equipment.

Work Environment
