Maintenance Technician (Plumbing Bias) – Commercial Portfolio
Salary: Up to £36,000 + Company Van & Fuel Card
Location: London / Surrounding Areas

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician with a plumbing background to join our team, working across a range of commercial sites. This is a mobile role carrying out a variety of planned and reactive maintenance tasks, with a focus on plumbing and general building services.

The Role:
  • Carrying out plumbing works including repairs, small installations and servicing

  • Supporting with general building services tasks such as HVAC, pumps, and mechanical maintenance

  • Completing both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive callouts across a commercial portfolio

  • Ensuring safe working practices and compliance with procedures at all times

  • Liaising with clients and providing a professional service on site

What We’re Looking For:
  • Plumbing qualifications or proven plumbing maintenance experience

  • Background in commercial maintenance or building services

  • Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills

  • Positive attitude and customer service skills

  • Full UK driving licence
