Overview

Maintenance Team Leader • 4 on / 4 off (days) • Food / Manufacturing

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a team of Engineers, setting clear goals and expectations
  • Organise work, manage team schedules, and handle any issues like absences or complaints following company policies
  • Offer guidance and help to the team with day-to-day problems
  • Run effective daily team meetings (DMS)
  • Keep track of key processes and make sure records are accurate and up to date
  • Look for ways to improve production performance and efficiency
  • Support safety, quality, and environmental standards on site
