Overview

Maintenance Planner. Job Type: Permanent (initially a temporary role with a view to go permanent). Start date: Immediate or notice period. Location: Trafford, Manchester. Salary: £15.80 per hour. Working hours: 35 hours per week, shifts between 7:45am - 4:15pm, Monday - Friday. Industry: Maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Work in Planning & Coordination of workflow from the Helpdesk and Maximo (CMMS) processes and link into the Operational Planned Maintenance Team.
  • Client call handling and creation of faults on the CMMS.
  • Provide day-to-day system support, offering Planning & Coordination support to the Team to ensure effective operation of planned and reactive maintenance processes.
  • Monitor day-to-day data (PPM and Reactive works) and oversee data management including reporting and monitoring of all tasks logged on the system.
  • Support the Planning & Coordination lead to monitor daily operations to ensure the Payment Mechanism requirements for the role are met.
Qualifications
  • Planning/scheduling experience.
  • Proven experience in a similar role in the housing sector/repairs and maintenance.
  • DRS/Opti-time scheduler experience is desirable.
